Objectives

  1. To provide a safe, stable and nourishing group living environment for the juveniles;
  2. To help the juveniles establish proper value and positive attitude towards life through structured residential training programmes;
  3. To address to the individual needs of juveniles and to provide them with suitable counselling and support so as to enhance their self-care abilities and problem- solving skills;
  4. To help the juveniles develop their potentials and self-respect, to cultivate their sense of responsibilities and better inter-personal relationship;
  5. To promote better communication and relationship between the juveniles and their families and to strengthen the function of family support;
  6. To nurture the juveniles to show concern for the society and to enhance their sense of citizenship.
